Meat and Livestock Australia has launched a new advertising campaign for lamb, using the arrival of spring to launch a love connection in point of sale posters and magazine print advertisements. Each ad features the tagline, We Love Our Lamb. Found on this blog.

Meat Advertising

Found these excellent posters on this blog.
It is funny what people can do with advertising like this, people don't want to face the truth that they are killing something for food, see this article

Concepts
So much of what we see and read on the internet and in magazines is fake. With the help of computers and tools such as Photoshop and aftereffects people create things that they pass off as real, and with clever marketing and ad campaigns we buy in to it.
Going in the opposite direction, I found a small article in the latest Domus Magazine about excellently designed products for under 5pounds. Things where the designer has paid little attention to aesthetic appeal and more to functionality.

Photoshop
This Poster for Grand Theft Auto IV is used in all of their advertising campaigns and in the final design for the game packaging. Look at her fingers, it looks like there are 5 fingers already without the thumb being visible. How do people not pick up on these things! Photoshopdisasters is an excellent site with tons of examples of bad photoshop that has gone to print. It makes me feel a lot better about my own photoshop skills.

Dimitri Daniloff
Found his work on this great photography website The Hive. Have seen his work previously in safe sex campaigns and PS2 advertisements.
On the website i found him on there are a lot of other photographers that all use photoshop in their work. You begin to look for something quirky or manipulated in every otherwise normal looking photograph because of this and it becomes a bit repetitive.
