Dairy Farm Visit

and got some nice video. It was interesting that the calves have ear tags in order of when they were born, so numbers like 34 were out in the paddock whereas number 360 was in a pen inside a shed. Only the female calves have tags, the males are to be sent away somewhere soon so don't need them. The dairy farmers did not know what rennet was, or that it was in cheese, nor did they know that gelatin came from cows, they thought it was synthetic!
